LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
Your Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. product is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty, commencing upon the date of purchase, for any product defects in materials or workmanship. Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. will repair, or at our discretion, replace defects within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering, including but not limited to: propeller damage, overheating due to lack of maintenance or non-submerged operation, etc. The warranty is void if there are any modifications or repairs made to the product by anyone other than Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc., including but not limited to power cord modifications or replacement.
Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. provides a limited warranty registration card inside the package for each new light purchased. For activation of your (1) year warranty, a Limited Warranty Registration Card must be filled out, signed & dated, and mailed to 10166 66th ST N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. You may also fill out our Warranty Registration Page online instead — Warranty Registration Page. Failure to comply will void the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty on your light/s.
A valid Proof of Purchase is required to be submitted with any warranty claim. A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:
- A dated sales receipt from an authorized Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. retailer. The receipt must show the product description, serial number, and price paid.
To initiate a warranty claim:
All warranty claims must be submitted to Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. along with a valid Proof of Purchase.
Warranty claims require prior authorization (in the form of an RMA number), which can be requested via our contact form. Products returned for warranty claims will not be accepted without an RMA, so be sure to obtain an RMA prior to shipping product to Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc.
For US warranty coverage, Incredible Underwater LED Lighting (IULL) will pay for the return shipping from IULL to the customer, only. IULL does not cover any international (outside of the United States) shipping costs regardless of warranty coverage.
For your protection, we recommend items be returned with insurance and tracking capability.
RETURN POLICY
The following items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase:
- Unused merchandise in its unaltered original manufacturer’s packing (including proof of purchase).
Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. is unable to accept returns on special order products, such as lights with colors other than white, blue, or green, or any other special order items.
A $25 restocking fee plus the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
A valid Proof of Purchase is required to be submitted with any returns. A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:
- A dated sales receipt from an authorized Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. store or reseller. The receipt must show the product description, serial number, and price.
- A dated official e-mail from an authorized online Incredible Underwater LED Lighting Inc. store or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of product. The confirmation e-mail must show the product description and price.
